These terms govern your use of Dental Implant Quote. By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we do
Dental Implant Quote is an independent UK dental implant comparison service. We connect patients with vetted private dental clinics so they can compare transparent written quotes. We do not provide clinical dental treatment, clinical advice, or dental insurance.
2. Not medical advice
The content on this site is informational only. It is not a substitute for professional clinical advice from a registered dentist. Decisions about dental treatment should always be made in consultation with a qualified dental professional, after a clinical examination. Never disregard professional advice based on information you read on this site.
3. Clinic partners
The private dental clinics in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for the clinical care they provide, for their pricing, and for their relationship with you as a patient. We vet them for regulatory compliance and service standards, but we are not a party to the treatment contract between you and the clinic.
All clinicians in our network must be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC), and clinics must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) where English law applies.
4. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep our cost guides, procedure explainers, and city pages accurate and up to date. That said, UK private dental prices vary constantly and are set by individual clinics. Use our information as a baseline, not a quote. Your binding quote is the written one you receive from the clinic.
5. Quote request process
When you submit a quote request:
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the data subject (or acting with their consent).
- You consent to being contacted by us and by the matched clinic(s) about your quote.
- You agree that the written quotes you receive from clinics are their responsibility, not ours, and that any treatment contract is between you and the clinic.
- You can withdraw your request or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing contact@dentalimplantquote.co.uk.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use this site:
- To submit false or impersonated quote requests
- To harvest or scrape content or data
- To interfere with the site's security or availability
- For any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, and original data tables on this site are owned by or licensed to Dental Implant Quote. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish pages or tables in full without permission.
8. Liability
We try to keep this service useful and reliable, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from a clinic's actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where your statutory consumer rights entitle you to bring proceedings elsewhere in the UK.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 30 days.
